Ambrose graduated from the University of Toronto Rotman School of Management with a Bachelor of Commerce specializing in Accounting and went on to obtain the CPA, CA designation while leading the accounting and finance department of Toronto’s best hospitality groups. He leads a team that manages over $250M in annual revenues in a large portfolio of small and medium-sized businesses that began with restaurants and now includes banquets, event venues, catering, real estate, retail cannabis, design, millwork, franchising and more.

After significant investments made in technology and automation, and with the launch of Chief Accounting Services Inc. in 2024, Ambrose is leveraging his experience, team and tools to position Chief as the best-in-class third-party accounting solution. He aims to provide full-cycle corporate accounting services to small and medium-sized businesses in Canada and the U.S. in a custom-designed, tech-driven, user-friendly and fully-protected environment. Ambrose enjoys working with entrepreneurs, chefs, managers, department heads and key decision-makers across diverse industries. He is passionate about helping others understand the financial position of their business and identifying ways to improve the bottom line.
